Poor quality of food. I wouldnt go there again!

Since October Linda & bob have been the proprieters of the Low House and they have been deluged by customers. I can vouch for the quality of the food & friendly atmostphere as I enjoyed a meal there myself a oouple of weeks ago. Bob & Linda have a good reputation in the pub world, having kept pubs in the past having only paused whilst raising their family. Before Christmas they were so inundated with customers that Bob actually commented that they seemed to be victims of their own success, though he was not complaining, in fact he was delighted!

This used to be a good pub with nice Adnams and a good quality lunch. But a couple of weeks ago we had the misfortune to encounter a very miserable member of staff (with a beard, possibly the landlord) who had no concept of being polite to customers. Additionally, the bacon & brie baguette was a half-cooked part-bake, which only contained 2 microscopic pieces of bacon in it, & no brie. Has seriously gone downhill since our lat visit. Customers eh? - who needs 'em.
