The Papworth Trust is a leading disability charity with over 90 years’ experience of championing equality, providing choice and promoting independence.
Due to our continued growth we are looking to recruit several Support Workers in Ipswich and the surrounding villages.
Salary: £13,816.80 – £15,230.80 dependent upon experience and qualifications + Enhancements.
We require enthusiastic people to deliver care and support to people with learning disabilities and complex needs who are living in their own homes in Suffolk. If you are willing to work flexibly and are committed to supporting disabled people to make their own choices by supporting them to maximise their independence, retain their individuality and increase integration and understanding within the wider community we want to hear from you. All Support Workers participate in a rota to provide 24 hour personal care and support.
Our Support Workers are subject to an enhanced CRB check and satisfactory employment references. We offer enhancements where applicable and full training. A full UK driving licence would be an advantage.
